SSS-05 evokes the sculptural potential of pre-fabricated steel studs as a relief wall sculpture by rendering a two-dimensional, painted mural that captures snapshots of the shadow that would play on the wall in three dimensions. This graphic expression of an imagined intervention shows the move and play along the supporting wall throughout the day. For my proposal, the five fields of color mark five unique time stamps that a wall sculpture would project its shadow onto the wall, resulting in a dynamic and bold imprint onto the William Neighbors building
